The service on the phone was great. I bought two units. They were delivered with a week and a bit. They did forget to include the pillars for the smaller unit, but sent them right away once they realised it was a warehouse mishap.
Overall the product is great, my only gripe is trying to remove the protective film on the gloss surfaces. Really hard to get off.

I bought the ribbed floor tiles for my garage as I’m m going to slowly convert it into a man cave. I wasn't to sure if it was going to be worth the money. Well I can happily say these ribbed floor tiles are the business! super easy to install took about 3 hours with minimal cutting. These things hold the weight on my 4x4 no problems and the look really good!

I chose to buy these tiles from GTools because they are local to Brisbane and the tiles are UV rated. Although they didn't have the Grey I had originally ordered in stock, I was happy to accept white tiles instead. Cheryl was extremely patient and helpful especially since I messed up my measurements and came up short. Thankyou Cheryl! Both Zohaar and especially Cheryl helped greatly in rectifying my mistake for a positive outcome. Thankyou both. I fully recommend GTools to everyone as they will not disappoint. Service A+! As for the tiles themselves only time will tell but I expect they will last as they are UV rated. So far they are perfect for the job. Very happy with the product at this point.
