This EVA tray is 565mm x 390mm x 30mm and is sized to fit our tool drawers in the modular garage set perfectly and will fit most tool chest drawers. Trim the EVA for smaller drawer applications. The High-Density 30mm thick EVA foam has black skin colour over a red foam base that has been CNC machine cut in 3 Dimensions for the perfect tool cutout that enables good tool protection in an organised and labeled tool control format.

Why GTools use 6-point sockets:

1. Heavy wrenching calls for a six-point socket. A six-point socket is much less likely to slip off a stubborn fastener or round over the corners.
2. Six-point sockets have thicker walls, so they’re less likely to get damaged.
3. A six-point socket is designed to contact the head of a fastener well away from the corners so contact is made on the thickest part of the fastener. This dramatically reduces the likelihood of slippage and rounding over of the corners.
4. The edges of a socket are angled back a few degrees to allow the socket to slide easily over a fastener. The angle on a six-point socket is less than on its 12-point counterpart, again providing more contact area inside the socket.

Screwdriver Definitions:

SL (Slotted or Flat Blade): Original and the most commonly used traditional screw type - it has a single slot in the fastener head. However, this blade loses in popularity to the PH (Phillips Heads), as a slotted blade can more easily slip out of the slot, and the chances to damage the screw or the screwdriver are higher.

PH (Phillips Head): The more popular screw type - a kind of cross-recess screw. Phillips drive sizes (different from the screw size) are designated 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, and 3 (by order of increasing size).

Stated measures in screwdrivers are typically blade size x shaft length in mm or PH size.
